该剧由北京京剧院导演徐春兰执导，泉州作曲家杨双智担任作曲，中央戏剧学院教授刘杏林担任舞美设计，浙江艺术职业学院设计学院首席专家周正平担任灯光设计，浙江小百花越剧团戏曲服装设计师蓝玲担任服装造型设计。梨园戏优秀青年演员郑雅思担纲“缇萦”主演，与林苍晓、陈美娜等梨园戏艺术家们一起组成了强大的艺术阵容，全剧组历时近一年的深耕细作，反复打磨，终于与观众见面。
